You must be aged 18+ to enter any of our competitions.
Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The Promoter is: Tee2Green Competitions Limited, whose registered office is at C11, Marquis Court, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, England, NE11 0RU.
Our correspondence address is Tee2Green Competitions Limited, 4th Floor, 18 St. Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UN.
If you wish to contact us for any reason, please email info@tee2greencompetitions.co.uk.
2. The competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://tee2greencompetitions.co.uk
2.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant Competition page, Competitions are prize draws in which prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance. Each Competition page will set out the applicable entry requirements, prize allocation method and draw or instant-win mechanism. Paid and valid free entries are treated equally for the purposes of determining winners.
2.3. Some Competitions may include a question or other entry requirement (the “Competition Question”). Where a Competition Question applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant Competition page and Entrants must satisfy the stated requirement for their entry to be valid. Where no Competition Question is stated, no question is required to enter.
2.4. Competition-Specific Rules
Individual Competitions may include additional rules, eligibility criteria or game mechanisms which are specific to that Competition. These may include, but are not limited to, Instant Wins, leaderboards and points, daily or interval prizes, automated draws, random-player draws, non-winner or “No Big Win” draws, neighbour prizes, restrictions requiring separate or unique winners, or interactive reveal games.
Any Competition-specific rules will be clearly displayed on the relevant Competition page and will form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants should read the Competition-specific rules before entering.
Where a Competition-specific rule differs from a general provision in these Terms and Conditions, the Competition-specific rule will apply to that Competition only, provided that it was clearly stated before entry and is consistent with applicable law and these Terms.
3. How to enter
3.1. The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
3.2. If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number of entries to the competition will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.
3.5. Entrants may enter each Competition up to the maximum number of entries permitted per Entrant and until the maximum number of entries available for the Competition has been reached. All entries are also subject to any applicable account-level or monthly spend limit, account suspension, account closure or other player-protection restriction. Where such a limit or restriction applies, the Entrant will not be permitted to exceed it even if the individual Competition would otherwise allow further entries.
Entrants submitting entries using the free postal entry route must submit each postal entry separately, unless the entry price for the relevant Competition is lower than the ordinary postage cost. Bulk postal entries submitted together will not be accepted as multiple separate entries and will normally be treated as one postal entry.
Where the individual Competition entry price is lower than the ordinary cost of a postage stamp, a single valid postal entry may be allocated multiple Competition entries up to the equivalent value of the applicable ordinary postage cost. The number of entries allocated will be determined by the Competition entry price and will be applied equally in accordance with the free entry rules.
Entries may be limited or refused where the maximum number of entries for the Competition, the maximum number permitted per Entrant, or any applicable player-protection limit has been reached.
3.6. To enter a Competition online:
(a) go to the Website and select the Competition you wish to enter;
(b) where a Competition Question applies, select or submit your answer to the Competition Question;
(c) select the required number of entries, subject to any stated entry limits;
(d) complete the checkout and registration process; and
(e) complete payment using one of the permitted payment methods displayed at checkout.
You may repeat this process up to the maximum number of entries permitted for that Competition and subject to any applicable player spend limits.
3.7. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.
3.8. Unless you are using the free entry method, the Promoter will send confirmation that your entry has been received, and your allocated ticket number(s).
3.9. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.10. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.11. Credit Card Payments
The Promoter does not accept credit cards as a method of payment for any Competition entry. Entries must be paid for using one of the permitted payment methods displayed at checkout.
Where the Promoter reasonably identifies that a Competition entry has been funded using a credit card, including through a third-party payment or money service where this can reasonably be identified, the Promoter reserves the right to reject or cancel the relevant entry and return the payment.
This restriction forms part of the Promoter’s player-protection measures and applies to all Competitions, including Instant Win Competitions.
3.12. You may enter the competition for free by post by complying with the following conditions:
(a) send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Tee2Green Competitions Limited, 4th Floor, 18 St. Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UN;
(b) hand-delivered entries will not be accepted as valid free entries;
(c) include with your entry the following information:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and
(iv)Â the Competition you are entering and, where that Competition includes a Competition Question, your answer to the Competition Question.
(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be treated as one postal submission only, subject to any multiple-ticket allocation permitted under clause 3.5.
(f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(g) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted as valid entries. Proof of posting does not guarantee that your entry will be processed;
(h) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of a postal entry. Where a Competition Question applies, the Promoter will not confirm whether the Entrant’s answer is correct prior to the Competition being drawn;
(i) if the number of entries reaches any applicable cap or limit before your free entry is received, the entry will not be processed.
(j) Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry to be processed. All details MUST correspond to the details on the account. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
4. Choosing a winner
4.1. The Promoter may use different methods of choosing or allocating winners depending on the format of the Competition, as stated on the relevant Competition page. Prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance. All valid paid and free entries which are eligible for a particular prize will be treated equally and will have an equal chance of winning that prize, subject to any Competition-specific eligibility criteria clearly stated before entry.
(a) Main Draws: All valid Entrants will be entered into the Main Draw. Where a Competition Question applies, only entries which satisfy the applicable entry requirements will be included. Winner(s) will be selected using the Promoter’s computerised draw process, which is designed to produce verifiably random and auditable results. The draw will take place on the advertised Draw Date, or as soon as reasonably practicable after the Competition has closed. Details of the draw mechanism and, where available, verification of the draw result will be made available on the Website.
Where more than one Main Draw prize is available, each winning ticket will be selected in accordance with the Competition-specific rules displayed on the relevant Competition page. An Entrant who holds more than one valid ticket may win more than one prize unless the Competition page expressly states that prizes will be awarded to separate or unique winners.
(b) Instant Wins: Certain Competitions may contain pre-determined instant-win ticket numbers. Instant-win prizes are allocated to winning ticket numbers through the Competition’s randomised prize-allocation process. Entrants are allocated ticket numbers in accordance with the entry process stated on the relevant Competition page. If an Entrant receives a ticket number which corresponds with an available instant-win prize, that Entrant will win the prize allocated to that ticket number.
Valid free entries and paid entries are treated equally and have the same opportunity to receive an available ticket number and win an Instant Win prize, subject to the Competition-specific rules.
(c) Automated Draws: Some Competitions use an automated draw system to select the winner or winners of the Main Draw. Where an automated draw is used, eligible entries will be determined in accordance with the rules displayed on the relevant Competition page and the winner(s) will be selected automatically using the Promoter’s computerised verified draw process, which is designed to produce verifiably random and auditable results. There will be no Facebook Live draw for these automated draws.
Where a Competition has additional eligibility requirements for a particular draw — for example, a draw restricted to Entrants who have not previously won a prize of a stated value — those requirements will be clearly displayed on the Competition page before entry.
(d) Instant-Win Reveal Games: Some Instant Win Competitions may use a wheel, reel, slot, spin or other interactive animation to reveal the result of an Entrant’s ticket. These games are visual reveal mechanisms only. The result and any prize attached to the ticket are determined before the animation is played, and the Entrant’s interaction with the animation does not determine, alter or influence whether the ticket is a winner or the prize awarded.
(e) Alternative Competition Draw Formats: Certain Competition formats may use an alternative chance-based method to determine the winner or winners, such as a random race, wheel or similar mechanism. Where an alternative draw format is used, the applicable method will be clearly stated on the relevant Competition page before entry. All eligible entries for the relevant prize will be treated equally. Where the alternative selection method does not itself provide verifiably random and auditable results, the draw will be conducted by, or under the supervision of, an independent person.
(f) Additional and Bonus Draws: From time to time, the Promoter may offer additional or bonus prizes alongside a Competition, including neighbour prizes, non-winner draws, free draws, interval prizes or other promotional prizes. These draws may be restricted to a specific group of eligible Entrants, for example Entrants who have not won a prize of a stated value. The applicable eligibility criteria and method of selecting the winner will be clearly stated when the additional or bonus draw is offered. An Entrant who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria will not be included in that draw.
4.2 Entrant names and entry numbers may be recorded on an entry list for the purpose of administering and verifying a Competition and may be visible during a live draw where applicable. Names may also be displayed on the Website to indicate that an Instant Win prize has been won. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4.3 For help with entries, please email us at info@tee2greencompetitions.co.uk.

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
5.2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and claim the prize. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.
5.3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer; or
(b) incomplete.
5.4. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. This includes if you are rude or abusive to the Promoter or anyone associated with them.
5.5. Subject to clause 11.3 and except where required by law or otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, entry fees are non-refundable, including:
(a) if, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize;
(b) if, following your entry into the Competition, your own circumstances change so that you no longer meet the eligibility criteria which applied when you entered; or
(c) if you are disqualified from the competition by the Promoter for any reason.
5.6. If the Entrant engages in:
(a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
(b) fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) fraudulent concealment;
(d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or
(e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the website.
all of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given and they may be prevented from participating in any future competitions.
5.7. Player Spend Limits
Entrants may set an individual monthly spend limit on their account, including a limit of £0. Once a spend limit has been reached, the Entrant will not be permitted to make further paid entries until they are eligible to do so within the applicable limit. Any Competition-specific entry limits continue to apply in addition to an Entrant’s account-level spend limit.
5.8. Temporary Account Suspension
Entrants may request that their account is temporarily suspended. A temporary suspension will last for a minimum period of 6 months. During the suspension period, the Entrant will not be permitted to participate in Competitions and will not be sent Competition marketing, including promotional emails, text messages or promotional push notifications.
5.9. Account Pause
Where the Website provides an account pause facility, an Entrant may choose to pause their account for a shorter period. During an active pause, participation in Competitions will be restricted in accordance with the settings displayed when the pause is selected.
5.10. Permanent Account Closure
Entrants may request permanent closure of their account at any time. Once an account has been permanently closed, the Entrant will no longer be permitted to use that account to participate in Competitions. The Promoter may retain information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting or record-keeping obligations.
6. The prize
6.1. The prize for each competition is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
6.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, the Promoter will endeavour to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible.
6.3. The Promoter will take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions and information relating to the Prize are accurate. Images may be illustrative and minor non-material differences may occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded. If the Prize is a vehicle:
(a) the Promoter will, unless otherwise stated, ensure it comes with a valid MOT (if required);
(b) no insurance is included with the Prize and it is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is adequately insured prior to taking it on the public roads (if it is legal to do so);
(c) the Promoter has no responsibility for the Prize(s) once it has been delivered. The Winner is solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations relating to the Vehicle, its operation and ensuring they operate it in a safe and responsible manner;
(d) no vehicle/road tax is included;
(e) the Winner is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary licences, qualification, knowledge and experience to operate the vehicle safely and legally;
(f) the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary safety equipment and clothing (for example, helmets, boots and gloves) and for wearing them whilst operating the vehicle.
6.4. The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website.
6.5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”) in the following circumstances:
(a) the Prize becomes unavailable;
(b) other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter make it necessary to do so;
6.6. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
6.7. Where the prize is a holiday, event or day trip:
(a) The number of people, class of transport and type of carrier, travel destination, nights and available dates will be listed in the competition description. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
(b) You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified.
7. Winners
7.1. Except in the case of manifest error, the result of a properly conducted draw is final. This does not affect an Entrant’s right to raise a complaint under the Promoter’s Complaints Policy, or any statutory rights available to the Entrant. Any complaint relating to the conduct or administration of a Competition will be considered in accordance with the Promoter’s published Complaints Policy.
7.2. The Winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. If you wish for your name to be censored during the live draw please contact info@tee2greencompetitions.co.uk with reasonable time left before the prize draw takes place.
7.3. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed the Prize, within 21 days of the Draw Date the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another Entrant (“The Alternate Winner“) selected at random using the same method as before from the remaining valid eligible entries received before the Closing Date. The Alternate Winner shall have 21 days from notification of their status by the Promoter to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. This process shall continue until a winner accepts the Prize.
7.4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will publish the surname and county/town of residence and, where applicable, the winning entry of major prize winners on the Website.
7.5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county/town of residence and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at info@tee2greencompetitions.co.uk prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8. Claiming the prize
8.1. You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) are published on the Website, or available on request.
8.2. If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent to the Promoter via email to info@tee2greencompetitions.co.uk. Notifications must include details of the competition you have entered, your old details and your new details. The Promoter will use the most recent contact details held on the Entrant’s account or otherwise notified to the Promoter when attempting to contact a Winner.
8.3. Cash Prizes, Wallet Payments and Site Credit
Cash prizes may be paid directly to the Winner’s nominated bank account or credited to the Winner’s account wallet, depending on the type of Competition, prize and payment method available on the Website.
Where a cash prize is credited to a Winner’s wallet, the Winner may request withdrawal of the available cash balance in accordance with the withdrawal limits and procedures displayed on the Website. Withdrawals will only be made to an approved payment or bank account belonging to the Winner.
The Promoter may require the Winner to complete identity, age and/or payment-account verification before a withdrawal or prize payment is processed. The Winner must provide any information or documentation reasonably required to complete these checks.
Winners may also be offered the option to convert some or all of an eligible cash wallet balance into Site Credit. Where a promotional bonus is offered for doing so, the applicable bonus will be clearly displayed before the conversion is confirmed.
Site Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash and may only be used towards eligible Competition entries on the Website.
Where a prize is stated as Site Credit, it will be credited directly to the Winner’s account and no cash alternative will be available unless expressly stated on the relevant Competition page.
Where a cash prize is paid directly rather than through the wallet, the Winner may be required to provide evidence that they are the sole or joint beneficiary of the nominated bank account before payment is made.
8.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.
8.5. If the Prize is a vehicle and the winner has completed all eligibility checks, the prize will be transferred to the winner by the Promoter using the V5 for each vehicle. This must be completed before the vehicle is handed over.
9. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
10.2. Where an Entrant wins a Competition, the Promoter may publish or make available such winner information as is required by applicable law or advertising rules. With the Winner’s consent, the Promoter may also use the Winner’s name, image, photographs, video or other material for promotional purposes.
10.3. Participation in photographs, videos, interviews or other promotional activity is voluntary. Refusal to participate in promotional activity will not affect an Entrant’s entitlement to a Prize validly won. The Promoter may nevertheless provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority where required to do so.
10.4. A Winner may be required to provide further information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify their identity, age, eligibility, payment details or entitlement to receive the Prize. If a Winner does not provide information genuinely required to verify or fulfil the Prize within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, the Promoter may be unable to award the Prize and may select an alternative winner in accordance with clause 7.3. Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
10.5. Entrants may exercise their data protection rights, including requesting access to, correction of, restriction of, objection to or, where applicable, erasure of their personal information, in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
An Entrant may also opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time. Opting out of marketing will not affect any valid Competition entries already submitted, any prize entitlement, or the Entrant’s ability to use their account.
A request for erasure of personal information will be considered in accordance with applicable data protection law. The Promoter may need to retain certain information where it is reasonably necessary to administer an existing Competition entry, pay or verify a prize, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, maintain financial records or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where information is genuinely required to administer an active Competition entry or prize and the Entrant requests that such information is erased before the Competition or prize process has concluded, the Promoter will explain whether and why this may affect its ability to administer that entry or provide the prize.
Further information about how personal information is used and how Entrants may exercise their rights is set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
11. General
11.1. The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time for future Competitions. Once a Competition has opened, any material change affecting that Competition will only be made where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, to comply with law or regulation, or to correct a genuine error. Any such change will be communicated to affected Entrants where appropriate.
11.2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so for circumstances out of its control. In such circumstances, the Promoter will refund any entry fees you have paid.
11.4. There is no minimum number of entries and the Promoter will not hold void, suspend, cancel, extend the Closing Date or amend the prize competition due to a lack of entries. The draw will take place and the Prize will be awarded regardless of the number of entries received.
11.5. The competitions on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that Facebook has no liability and is not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
11.6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If you are resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction and nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
11.7. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
Apple is not sponsored or involved in competitions.
